As we begin a new year, we want to take this opportunity
to thank you and the food service staff at LOMBARDI'S for a job well done in 2001.
Each of our environmental health specialists make nearly
a thousand visits to food service establishments in a year. Most establishments
do a good job of maintaining a clean and safe operation. A few others, however,
stand out as bright examples by striving to do an outstanding job of food service
sanitation. Your establishment is one of those select few which continuously
works hard to set the example for the rest of the industry. Too often your work
is taken for granted and the praise you deserve is
overlooked.
Your professionalism and the professionalism of the Lombardi's
staff is much appreciated. Inspecting your facilities is more enjoyable because
we know you and your staff are working partners with us to ensure good food AND
public health protection.
