"THANKS!" to Lombardi's, and the wait and  kitchen staffs for a very enjoyable evening.  All our guests had a  wonderful time, with everyone commenting on the great food and superb  service!
(I especially appreciated our wait-person and the kitchen,  warming my wife's and my dinners, while we were out feeding our baby!  Very nice.) We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and success evening.

"It was my distinct pleasure to partake in a lovely meal at the "Stinking Rose of Ballard" this past Saturday evening.  I read your review last week on Lombardi's, so my husband and I drove to Ballard to investigate, eager to consume the massive amounts of garlic awaiting us.  I must say that it was entirely well worth it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STORY
I would like to take a brief minute to say THANK YOU, to everyone at Lombardi's in Everett. They are a wonderful bunch of folks. Let me explain.
On Friday night I proposed to my girlfriend at that location. The crew you have in place there did a wonderful job in helping me with my plan. Diane and Bruce took the time to listen to me and help me any way they could. They ensured we had a great seat overlooking the water, great service,
great food, they even took the time to play a song from a CD that I brought to them at the time I asked the question. And if that wasn't enough, they gave us a discount on our meal. That is FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I had called around to different restaurants in the area, and not one of them offered to help the way you folks did. You truly made something that was stressing me out, much easier. You guys are now our favorite restaurant. We have told everyone about our engagement, and the WONDERFUL SERVICE we received at Lombardi's. You truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!!
Diane, Bruce and all of you at the restaurant, We thank you for everything. Lombardi's will always be mentioned in the story of our engagement.

"The starters were clearly meant to be shared. So, we all were practically stuffed by the time the entrees arrived. The Angelica was an incredibly garlicy cheese. Delicious. Adding that cheese to the garlic bread was perfect. The entrees were good, although I think I was more impressed by the appetizers. They ran out of all the desserts on the special menu--except for the chocolate mousse. But, our waiter graciously allowed us to order from the regular menu--and we all enjoyed them tremendously."

"I hadn't been to Lombardi's in a couple of years since I moved out of Ballard but it is just as good as I remembered. The Caesar salad is one of the best in the city. I chose the Chicken Marsala as my main course and the presentation and taste were just wonderful. My friend had the Gorgonzola tortellini and she was "mmm"ing alot so I presume that was fab also. Service was a bit slower than the volume in the restaurant seemed to validate but there could have been delays in the back of the house. The Cannoli crunch is NOT to be missed if you're an ice cream fan!"

"Mmmm! Three of us ate off the Dinner at 8 Menu... we left stuffed, happy and with leftovers! Don't miss the Angelica della Morte starter, pure heaven for garlic lovers. Both variations on lasagna were also excellent (as good or better than Mom's) and the desserts were to die for. Had never been to Lombardi's before but will definitley be back."

"If you love garlic, this is the place to go. We shared a couple of different starters (olives and cheese) that were delicious and both of us enjoyed our entrees. They offered special wines for the Dinner at 8 which was a nice touch. We were so full and satisfied with our meals it was hard to even order from the desert menu. It is easy to see why Lombardi's has such a local following. I will come back again."
